I've wanted to make music my whole life. The kid who sat for hours inside a song. The teenager who knew he was a singer. The adult who became a bodyworker, a speaker, an entrepreneur, a coach — every one of them was the long way home to the studio.

The recordings begin in spring 2026. All original work on Soul Frequency Records, the independent label I founded. Pop, soul, reggae, tribal, house, meditation, spoken word — the genres shift because the emotions do. Each track carries a story I've told from the stage or lived through myself, set to music so it can reach the place a talk cannot.

I make it for the man who has loved hard and lost. For the boy who learned to hide before he learned to sing. For anyone awake at the wrong hour, carrying more than they've told anyone they're carrying. And for the same person, an hour later, dancing. The music is the message I wish someone had played for me at twenty-two.

It is never too late to begin again. Some songs are written. Some arrive when you finally make room for them.

Jesse's bodywork extends beyond techniques, recipes, and routines. He listens through touch—following the body's intelligence with curiosity, presence, and deep intuitive awareness. Each session becomes a conversation with the tissues, revealing what lies beneath compensation patterns, pain, and the stories woven into the fascia.
